    For the most part, you can walk on it immediately, but we recommend wearing the booties we leave behind for you!

    Dry time however is usually 4-5 hours.

  • Does getting the carpet cleaned make the carpet get dirtier faster?

    No. Regular cleanings of your carpet reduces allergens, build up of dirt and grime, and keeps your area smelling fresh.

  • Why should I hire someone to clean my carpets instead of doing it myself?

    Doing it yourself you are going to rent a machine that does not have the power to actually lift the dirt out and get it fully cleaned, so it leaves a lot of dirt behind.

  • Do you move the furniture out of the room or clean around it?

    It varies, we move minimal furniture, however most of the time we will go around.

  • Do I need to move my furniture prior to service?

    Yes, if you want it cleaned underneath that furniture. It is for your benefit to move things prior to our service.

  • How often should I have my carpets cleaned?

    It is best to have your carpets cleaned at least one or two times a year by professional.

  • What kind of stains can you get out?

    We can remove 95% of most stains. We work to remove pet and coffee/wine stains.

  • How long until you cannot remove stains?

    Most stains will lift, but if it is there for longer than 6 months, it may not ever fully come out.
